On November 14, Tsinghua Unigroup Co., Ltd.  (hereinafter referred to as " Tsinghua Unigroup ") and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bank of Communications") formally signed a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement in Beijing. Mr. Li Bin, Chairman of Tsinghua Unigroup, and Mr. Liu Jun, President of Bank of Communications, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of the agreement, with Mr. Wen Bing, Co-President of Tsinghua Unigroup, and Mr. Hao Cheng, Vice President of Bank of Communications, signing the agreement on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, the parties will further strengthen their comprehensive partnership, jointly assist the development of the industry, and comprehensively enhance the depth and breadth of their partnership. Regarding the financial industry, they will partner in credit, settlement, cash management, investment banking, supply chain finance, and international finance. In terms of technology empowerment, they will jointly promote partnerships in smart card chipsets,, ICT infrastructure construction, intelligent operation and maintenance, smart parks, and smart finance.

During the signing ceremony, both parties gave passionate speeches about the potential of strategic partnership.

President Liu Jun outlined the recent development and achievements of Bank of Communications, and expressed his willingness to engage in long-term collaboration with a high-tech industrial company such as Tsinghua Unigroup.

The Chairman of Tsinghua Unigroup, Li Bin, congratulated Bank of Communications on its recent placement among the top 10 worldwide banks and appreciated the strong support from Bank of Communications for Tsinghua Unigroup 's development.

In the future, Tsinghua Unigroup and Bank of Communications declared that they would exploit their core competencies, abide by the principles of "long-term partnership, equality, mutual benefit, comprehensive partnership and joint development," create more value together, and strive to elevate their partnership to a new level.
